How Online Prescribing Works
EveryonesMD connects you with licensed doctors by video. When it is right for you, your doctor can prescribe medicine electronically — safely, and without paper or fax.
When your doctor prescribes
During your video visit, your doctor reviews your health and decides whether medicine is right for you. If it is, your doctor chooses the medicine and writes the prescription during the visit.
How your prescription reaches the pharmacy
Your prescription is sent electronically over a certified prescription network (Surescripts) to the pharmacy you choose. There is no paper and no fax. The pharmacy receives it right away and prepares your medicine.
You choose your pharmacy
You decide which pharmacy fills your prescription — a local pharmacy near you, or a pharmacy that delivers. You pick up your medicine from that pharmacy, or arrange delivery with them.
You pay the pharmacy
You pay the pharmacy for your medicine, using insurance or cash. EveryonesMD does not sell medicine and is not part of the medicine payment. You pay EveryonesMD only for your video consultation and optional membership.
